Program: Lightcone Conference Connect Alerts

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on any Lightcone registration or profile form, you authorize Lightcone Infrastructure Inc. (2740 Telegraph Ave, Berkeley CA 94705 USA) to send you time-sensitive conference updates and networking prompts. Expect up to six (6) messages per event day and up to four (4) messages per week before or after the event. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message & data rates may apply.

To stop messages, reply STOP at any time (you will receive one final confirmation) or email habryka@lightconeinfrastructure.com. For help, reply HELP or use the same email. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms occasionally; continued participation after updates posted at this URL constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

SMS Privacy Policy

Lightcone Infrastructure Inc. collects your name, mobile number, and basic message-log metadata solely to deliver conference SMS alerts, troubleshoot delivery issues, and meet carrier or legal record-keeping requirements. We do not store message content beyond what is operationally necessary.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by emailing habryka@lightconeinfrastructure.com to request deletion (subject to legal retention duties). We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
